- Todd Mavis, Chief Executive Officer
Todd Mavis is responsible for Enesco’s worldwide operations and its subsidiaries.
For over twenty years, Mr. Mavis has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer for a number of private and public companies. His experience spans start-ups, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and mature companies. As a successful senior executive, Mr. Mavis has successfully led companies in various industries including technology, distribution, services, retail, distribution, lead generation and property casualty. Most recently, Mr. Mavis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Katun Corporation. Prior to Katun, Mr. Mavis was Chief Executive Officer of First Advantage Corporation. Mr. Mavis currently serves as a board advisor for a number of private companies.
Mr. Mavis received his Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University in San Diego, California and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
- Anthony G. Testolin, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Testolin oversees all financial aspects of Enesco’s worldwide operations and subsidiaries.
Mr. Testolin joined Enesco in 2005 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer later that same year. He helped move the Company from a publicly traded entity to a private equity portfolio company in 2007. In 2015, he helped to oversee the transfer of ownership to Balmoral, a private equity firm. He assumed the additional responsibility of Chief Financial Officer in 2017.
Mr. Testolin has worked for both public and private companies in a number of different industries including financial management, hospitality, printing and horticulture and has in-depth experience with international subsidiaries, Asia sourcing and companies with private equity ownership.
Prior to joining Enesco, Mr. Testolin held the positions of divisional Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded graphic arts Company. He also was a Corporate Controller for a privately owned horticultural company with subsidiaries in Canada, Europe and Asia and acted as that firm’s representative for several joint-venture, start-up production sites in Korea, Taiwan and Costa Rica. Mr. Testolin’s career as a Financial Officer began when he was an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen in Chicago.
Mr. Testolin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
