Through my designs of mice and other woodland animals, I reach back to that world where I grew up and began to draw the things I saw."

Priscilla Hillman discovered her love and talent for drawing during her childhood. She would spend many hours drawing and painting at the kitchen table, while her mother baked. After the birth to her son, Glenn, Priscilla realized the opportunity to use her creative talents and began drawing a series of winsome bears in commemoration of her youth which became the inspiration for Cherished Teddies. For more than a decade Priscilla’s son, Glenn, has joined his mother in designing Cherished Teddies.

Marci began painting with a paint set that had been given to her son as a gift. Without training, and having never painted before, Marci had the inspiration for Children of the Inner Light.
