Michael GriffithPresident

With more than 30 years of experience in the consumer retail and gift industries, Michael leads Enesco, LLC as President Worldwide Operations including its headquarters and operations in the US as well as wholly-owned businesses and subsidiaries in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Asia.

Michael joined Enesco in 1996 as a member of the Company’s sales team and has earned many promotions in sales, marketing, and divisional leadership throughout his tenure with increasing responsibility in each position. In 2022, Michael was promoted to President, Enesco, LLC.

During his career at Enesco, Michael has been instrumental in many of the Company’s acquisitions and sales including the 2015 sale of Enesco from Tinicum to Balmoral Funds, the 2018 sale of Gund to Spin Master, the 2019 acquisition of Things Remembered by Enesco, and the 2022 sale of Enesco to Ad Populum, LLC.

In 2024, Michael was elected a member of the Gift & Home Trade Associations’s (GHTA) Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Enesco, Michael was a buyer for JCPenney’s after graduating from Mars Hill College in 1992.

Bill Wilkins
Bill WilkinsExecutive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Bill has over 25 years of extensive knowledge and diverse experience in the areas of business and digital strategy, business transformation, logistics/operations, and finance.

Prior to joining Enesco, Bill co-founded and was COO/CFO for PupJoy, LLC an eCommerce premium dog goods start-up company. Prior to PupJoy, Bill served as Senior Director for Centric Digital a B2B digital-transformation consultancy firm specializing in the insurance, utility, and healthcare industry where he oversaw a team focused on providing digital-strategy and transformation as well as software development. Bill’s extensive experience also includes serving as program manager on critical platform development projects while at Sogeti USA (a division of Capgemini Worldwide) and as PMO and Change Management lead at Navint Partners, he successfully coordinated multi-platform business transformation initiatives which included mobile, CRM, and Human Capital Management solutions. Prior to that, Bill was Senior Director, Benefits Delivery Manager at AON and was promoted to Vice President, Business Group Manager where he was directly responsible for benefits administration of many large clients.

Bill earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.

Emily Brown
Emily BrownChief Financial Officer

Emily has been in the gift and toy industry for approximately 30 years. She joined Enesco in 2009 as the Vice President of U.S. Finance and Accounting, overseeing budgeting and close, brand analysis, inventory/logistics analysis, credit and collections, accounts payable, and payroll. Emily has served on integration teams for acquisitions, and worked on the sale of Enesco to Balmoral in 2015 and the carveout and sale of the Gund product line to Spin Master in 2018. After increasing responsibility in the VP role, she was named Chief Financial Officer in 2018. As CFO, Emily worked on the acquisition of the Things Remembered business in 2019 and then the sale of Enesco to Ad Populum in 2022.

Prior to joining Enesco, Emily worked as a Vice President at Mattel, having grown in responsibility as she worked in corporate financial planning, brand finance, divisional finance, and sales finance. Emily received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1987 and her MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at University of Virginia in 1994.

Joan Kergides
Joan KergidesChief Merchandising Officer

Joan has been in the gift and consumer industry for over 25 years. Joining Enesco in 1995 as a Contract Territory Sales Representative, her knowledge, experience, and business acumen have earned her many promotions throughout her company career including Regional Sales Manager, Director of Field Sales, Vice President of Field Sales, Executive Vice President of Brands, and, most recently, to Chief Merchandising Officer (CMO). As CMO, Joan is responsible for Product Development and Brand Marketing.

Prior to joining Enesco, Joan worked in the apparel industry as Vice-President of Sales and was a corporate buyer for Macy’s department stores after graduating from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Merchandising.

Ed McFadden
Ed McFaddenExecutive Vice President, North American Sales

Ed has been working in the CPG market for 30+ years. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Ed is responsible for managing both North America and Asia Commercial Sales. Ed began his career at Enesco as a National Account Executive and has been promoted multiple times with increasing responsibilities throughout his career at the Company including Senior National Account Executive, VP of National Accounts, and Sr. VP of National Accounts adding the Canada Sales Team.

Prior to joining Enesco, Ed worked for American Greetings in a variety of sales management roles. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1988 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Education.
