Official Rules for Foundations Email Survey and Incentive Drawing

SPONSOR: The Survey (as defined below) is sponsored by Enesco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 500 Park Boulevard, Suite 1300, Itasca, IL 60143-1258 (“Sponsor”).
Participation in the Foundations Email Survey and Incentive Drawing (“Survey”) constitutes your (“Entrant”) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Enesco, LLC, its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injury, loss, damage, claims or actions of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of any prize won.
Eligibility: The Survey is open only to Enesco Foundation retailers and consumers who are legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors and agents of the Sponsor, affiliated companies, subsidiaries and advertising agencies, and any and all companies associated with this Survey are not eligible to enter. You must be a current Enesco retailer to enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
HOW TO ENTER:
The survey opens at 8:00 a.m. on June 3, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 9, 2021 (“Survey Period”). To enter if you are an Enesco retailer, go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7LSBK8H during the Survey Period and follow the instructions to complete the survey (“Entry”). If you are an Enesco customer go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7LR62NM during the Survey Period and follow the instructions to complete the survey (“Entry”). Entrant will automatically be entered into the drawing. Incomplete surveys may be disqualified.
Entrant grants the Sponsor (except where prohibited by law) the right to use and publish Entrant’s name, likeness, city and state, biographical data, and/or any information contained in an Entry in print and/or other media in connection with this Survey, including on the Internet, by the Sponsor, its partners, and third party entities, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
Selection of Winners: A total of two (2) winning Entries (“Winners”) will be selected at random by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and to select alternative Entries if it determines in its sole discretion that any Entry is not in conformance with these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number of valid Entries received. Winners will be contacted by email or phone. All winning entries are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
Prizes: Each of the two winners will receive a Foundations Prize Pack worth $200 SRP.
Applicable Law: This Survey is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Survey will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Chicago, Illinois. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Illinois and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Illinois. Any and all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Survey and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
List of Winners: Sponsor will post a list of winners at www.enesco.com within 7 days after the conclusion of the Survey Period.
